Chocolate Cheese Cake

Ingredients: 1. 2 packets of Oreo. 2. ¼ cup melted butter. 3. 2 cups of cream cheese. 4. 2/3 cup powdered sugar. 5. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 6. 1 dark chocolate bar. 7. 1½ cup heavy cream. 8. 1 milk chocolate bar. Procedure: 1. Crush the oreo cookies into fine crumbs in a blender. 2. Take ¼ cup of melted butter, spread over the blended oreo, and blend again. 3. Take the springform pan, fill the mixture in spreading it evenly and put it in the refrigerator. 4. Take 2 cups of cream cheese, 2/3 cup of powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and mix it well with a mixer. 5. Take a bar of dark chocolate, melt it and add to the mixture mixing it well. 6. Take 1 cup heavy cream, whip it to medium consistency and add spoon by spoon to the dark chocolate mixture gradually.

7. Place the mixture and level it over the oreo layer of the springform pan. 8. Take a milk chocolate bar, break it and pour ½ cup warm heavy cream over it. Let it sit till it melts and levels it over the dark chocolate layer. 9. Refrigerate for at least 6hrs

Ingredients: 1. ½ cup sugar powder. 2. 3 tablespoons cornstarch. 3. 2 tablespoons cocoa powder. 4. ¼ cup heavy cream. 5. 1 dark chocolate bar. 6. 1 tsp vanilla extract.

Procedure:


1. Take ½ cup sugar, 3 tablespoons of cornstarch, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, ¼ tablespoon salt in a saucepan, and whisk well. 2. Gradually add 2 cups of milk while whisking it continuously in a circular motion. 3. Place the saucepan on medium heat while whisking it, until it thickens. 4. Add ¼ cup heavy cream into the mixture, along with a quarter of chopped dark chocolate and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and stir well. 5. Pour into serving dishes, let it cool at room temperature and then refrigerate. 6. Before serving, add the remaining chopped dark chocolate sprinkling over the pudding.

This chocolate salami recipe will make everyone salute you for your chef skills. It does look like a lot of work, but it actually isn’t. This is perfect for a weekend snack when you are on a Netflix binge.

The Chocolate Salami

Ingredients: 1. 1packet cookies. 2. 1 dark chocolate bar. 3. 6 tablespoons of butter. 4. 2 tablespoons of milk. 5. 2-3 tablespoons of coffee liquor. 6. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. 7. 100 gm roasted pistachio. 8. 1 teaspoon of salt. Procedure: 1. Crush one packet of cookies or biscuits into chunks. 2. Add one bar of chopped dark chocolate in a bowl along with 6 tablespoons of butter and place the bowl on boiling water so that the ingredients melt and stir well. 3. Add 2 tablespoons of milk, 2-3 tablespoons of coffee liquor, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, the previously crushed cookies, 100 gm pistachio, and a tinge of salt into the mixture.

4. Combine everything well, stir it and put it in a plastic sheet rolling it over and giving the mixture the shape of a sausage. 5. Refrigerate the mixture and after opening it, season with sugar powder from all sides. 6. Cut the chocolate sausage in coin shape pieces and serve your salami.

4. Shuffle the Chocolate Truffles

The Indian way of eating chocolate is through ladoos. You can surprise your parents as they can never say no to a ladoo even if they are not a fan of chocolate. Home-made chocolate truffles can also be stored for a particular time, which means you get to start your new year with a sweet note.

Ingredients: 1. 1 dark chocolate bar. 2. ½ cup heavy cream. 3. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 4. 1 bowl cocoa powder.

Procedures: 1. Chop a bar of dark chocolate in a bowl and pour ½ cup warm heavy cream into it. 2. After leaving it for 2-3 minutes, add a teaspoon of vanilla extract, stir it well and refrigerate it for 6hours. 3. Take out a small scoop of the refrigerated mixture and shape it into small balls. 4. Refrigerate again the small balls and after smoothing the edges out, roll them out in the cocoa powder. 5. Your choco truffles are ready and filled with deliciousness waiting for the bite.

Ingredients: 1. 2 packets Oreo. 2. 1/3 cup melted butter. 3. 1-2 tablespoon butter. 4. 1 bar dark chocolate. 5. 1 cup heavy cream. 6. 1tsp vanilla extract. Procedure: 1. Put 2 packets of Oreo in the grinder and crush them into chunks. 2. Add 1/3 cup of melted butter into the chunks and mix them well. 3. Press the mixture well against the edges of the tart pan and refrigerate it. 4. Add 1 bar chopped dark chocolate in the bowl along with 1 cup heavy cream, and 1-2 tablespoons of butter. Set it over boiling water to melt and stir it well.

5. When the mixture melts, add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, mix it well, and pour the mixture over the oreo layer on the turf plate.

6. Refrigerate the whole mixture and serve well on your dessert plate.
