Return And Refund Policy

This return policy applies to all Products (with the exception of grooming products and free items) purchased directly from Enzo League. The policies are subject to change. Please visit our website www.enzoleague.com to stay updated.This policy does not apply to any styling services.Please speak to your stylist regarding the return policy on products bought through styling services. 

We work hard to ensure that you are nothing less than thrilled with every shopping haul at Enzo League. However, on the off chance, if a purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a convenient 10 -day return policy for all customers.

Cancellation

Changed your mind right after you placed an order? You can conveniently cancel your order within 48 hours of placing an order (before the item is shipped). To initiate cancellation, drop us a mail at support@enzoleague.com with the order number as the subject.

If an item has already been shipped, before you can cancel the order, kindly accept the order and initiate a return request. We offer a cash refund or store credits in lieu of the returned item, at our discretion. For more details on our returns policy and how to get the process started, refer to our Return Checklist.

Return Checklist

Here’s a cue sheet to get you ready to ship the products back to the seller.

  • All items should be unused and unwashed.

  • Retain the original tags and Enzo League packaging for return.

  • Include any boxes for apparel, footwear, and accessories too.

  • Grooming products must be returned sealed and unopened.

The Step-by-step Guide to Smoother Returns

  • Let us know that you wish to return/exchange the product(s) within 10 days of delivery. For your convenience, kindly start the process within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery. To start the process, email the Customer Care team at support@enzoleague.com .

  • Things to provide in the email. Your order number , registered e-mail, SKU details of product(s) for exchange, pick up address, and reason for return/exchange.

  • Unless you offer an alternate address, we will pick your return shipment from the delivery address.

  • The Customer Care team will coordinate a convenient time with our courier partners for pickup within 7 days from your request to return the products.

  • If your alternate pickup location is not within our area of serviceability, you may ship the product to our address. We will reimburse an amount of not more than Rs. 100 for return shipping

  • Pack your products securely to avoid any chances of damage during transit.

  • We make three attempts to collect the items from your address.

  • Once we receive the items, we will run a quality check on the items and notify you of the status within 48-72 working hours.

  • Returned products that do not meet our quality standards (unsealed packages, missing tags, stains, signs of wear and tear) will be returned to customers at their expense.

 

Easy Exchange

Got your new clothes, but find the size doesn’t fit? Our sellers will be happy to offer a replacement based on request and availability.

  • Please call up the Customer Care team at support@enzoleague.com to initiate the exchange within 10 days from delivery.

  • State the reason for exchange at the time of initiating your request.

  • Follow the Return Checklist to ship your product(s) back to the sellers. All replacements are processed only on receipt of the goods for exchange.

  • Once we receive the items, you will be notified of its status within 48-72 working hours. If a replacement is not available, we offer store credits or cash refund at our discretion.

  • In the event that a replacement is available, and you do not want a replacement, we offer a full refund or store credits – at our discretion – for subsequent use.

 

Safe Credit/Cash Returns

Cash refunds are processed in two ways:

  • In case of Netbanking and debit/credit card payments, we process the refund into your assigned bank account.

  • Cash refunds will be processed in two weeks.
